Once prescription and non-prescription products have been dispensed, they cannot be returned under any circumstances. As per pharmaceutical regulations, prescription drugs are non-returnable. In case you miss a delivery, and your local postal service returns the parcel to us, there will be shipping charges associated with resending the parcel to the same address.
